Meet Hannah

About Me

I grew up in Sonoma County in a family passionate about development and building which led me to a career in commercial real estate. I worked for a number of years as a project manager for a large company that developed and built high end communities throughout California. I loved my job and the opportunity to work with many different people, interact with local communities and watch projects come to fruition. I particulary enjoyed the development process and reasearching various sites and possible building locatoins. In 2016 my husband and I bought a major fixer upper in West Petaluma and learned firsthand the stress and joy of creating a space virtually from scratch on a budget and this is where my passion for design grew. In 2019 my son was born, and I realized how important a functional and beautiful space was to the quality of our lives. My daughter was born soon after and that become even more true. I come to every job without judgment and with personal understanding. Being sensitive to how space affects us is a form of self-care, and I love sharing that experience with others. I also understand how stressful development, construction and design can be and I enjoy taking that stress from clients.

As I started working with clients and explaining my business I found that many people had general questions about their property. Being that my career included site research I decided to add a research element to my business for property owners and real estate agents who want to be fully informed. This can include zoning information, development and design standards, understanding easements, highest and best use for a site and more.
